My problem isnt the customer service representative. My problem is that the system thats in place to reach customer support is terrible & near impossible unless you have patience to keep looking. A direct link For customer service & or support need to be more accessible & more vigilant. Too many red tape just to speak/chat with someone! Its horrible & it seems like its designed so that we as the customers are avoided from communicating with an actual person in real time!

No one had gotten back to me.
I had emailed the customer service over two weeks ago. Someone got back to me asking for a copy of the receipt. After sending this info no one has yet to get back to me. Ive contacted them multiple times after this and have heard nothing. It is impossible to reach them and is incredibly frustrating which is my reason for leaving this review.

Everything works on the gigboard but It shows its working through the input and nothing coming out the output
